Service Pricing Information

Transparent, Upfront, Flexible... It is important for clients to have a clear picture of their investment in our services. Our pricing model is created to ensure that there are options for everyone and everything is presented upfront.

FAA Activity Fees

Per FAA policy, Designated Pilot Examiners (DPEs) act as representatives of the Administrator. FAA Activity Fees encompass the specific testing and processing fees assessed for conducting these authorized certification activities. Our activity fees are static and are directly tied to the evaluation or administrative issuance being performed.

FAA Activity Fees are strictly collected only after verifying an applicant's eligibility and qualifications on the day of the appointment. We will never charge a testing fee prior to confirming you are fully qualified to take the practical exam, nor are these fees ever contingent upon the outcome of the evaluation.

These activities include:

  • Practical Tests: The required ground and flight evaluation portions for initial issuances and retests (Private, Instrument, Commercial, and Multi-Engine).

  • Administrative Certifications: Authorized processing and issuance services, including Military Competency (MCE) processing, Foreign Pilot Conversions, Ground Instructor (GIE) Issuance, and Certificate Limitation Removals (BAE).

Other Fees

To maintain an efficient calendar for all applicants, our team leverages automated technology and dedicated support to manage scheduling logistics. These fees cover the time and technological resources required to coordinate, prepare for, or alter your appointment. The fees in this section are tied to business operations and do not constitute FAA Activity/testing fees.

  • Discontinuance Restart Fees: Assessed when a test is rescheduled after a discontinued test. This covers the technology and team resources required to coordinate a new date, block calendar time, and re-verify qualifications to complete the exam.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Fees: Assessed for avoidable late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to complete required onboarding information requests in advance. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for specific timelines, terms, and fee amounts.

  • Travel & Add-On Service Fees: Assessed for optional services elected by the applicant, such as our team coordinating travel to an alternate airport or reserving a full-day block for an exam.
